Features
Good things come to those who wait and while the Echelon may not be the first polymer pistol to feature a modular design, night sights and an optics mounting system, it might just be the best. Like the SIG P320, the Echelon is built around a serialized chassis called the Central Operating Group (COG), which serves as the "skeleton" of the gun. This allows for full customization with small and medium grip frames, enabling you to convert the Echelon into a compact or subcompact pistol with optional slide/frame combos (sold separately and available soon). Unlike other serialized chassis systems, the Echelon's COG is incredibly sturdy and rigid, providing an impressively robust housing for the operating system. The Echelon also sets itself apart with its red-dot mounting system. Most modern pistols require adapter plates to fit a variety of optics, adding unnecessary weight, cost and hassle. The Echelon solves this with the "Variable Interface System" (VIS), a pattern of holes in the slide that accommodates Shield RMSc, DeltaPoint Pro and RMR optics footprints using included hardware no adapter plates necessary. This system positions your red-dot significantly lower, allowing for co-witnessing with standard-height iron sights, including the factory tritium U-notch sights that ensure fast target acquisition in all lighting conditions. Additionally, the Echelon features fully ambidextrous controls, making it ideal for left-handed shooters and useful if you ever need to use your off-hand. Thoughtfully engineered from top to bottom, the Echelon is one of the most innovative pistols we've seen in years, solving common issues in ways other designs haven't. While others may have introduced similar features first, the Echelon truly excels in delivering them best.
