Features
Does pull weight matter? YES! Pull weight is the amount of pressure, in ounces or pounds, required to fire the trigger. The differences in pull weight change how you interact with your rifle. The #1 reason to replace your factory trigger with a Timney Trigger is accuracy. A lighter, crisper, more consistent trigger pull will make you more accurate with your firearm.
The Timney Targa Trigger is a light pull 2-stage trigger with a short first state. Light pull triggers are great for people who are shooting lighter weight rifles because it will help keep you on target during the shot. The Targa Trigger has a 2lbs 1st stage and a 2 lbs. 2nd stage. The trigger housing is made with military grade 6061 T6 Alloy and is CNC machined and anodized, the hammer is EDM wire cut from S7 tool steel. This trigger is extremely durable and has superior impact resistance and will withstand heavy use.
The Timney Targa Trigger comes with all necessary hardware and installs using your rifles original hammer/trigger pins. As soon as you install your new Timney trigger you will be range ready. All Timney Triggers leave the factory tuned and ready for action, no adjustments needed.
