The Trijicon 1-6x24 VCOG (variable combat optical gunsight) is a robust, variable-powered riflescope designed for both close-quarter battle (CQB) and long-range marksmanship. It offers exceptional glass quality and light-gathering capabilities with zero distortion. The bullet drop compensating and ranging reticles enable shooters to swiftly and accurately estimate range and apply the appropriate hold. The first focal plane reticle ensures that subtensions and drops remain accurate at any magnification level. Constructed with a forged 7075-T6 aircraft-aluminum-alloy housing, the VCOG is an extremely durable and nearly indestructible sighting system. Suitable for any application, the VCOG operates on a single AA battery, which is widely available globally and provides six adjustable brightness settings for the LED reticle. When powered by a lithium AA battery, such as the one included, it offers an impressive battery life of 700 hr at setting 4 (constant on). An integrated dial fin facilitates easy rotation through the magnification range and constant eye relief eliminates the need for head or stock position adjustments. The system is waterproof up to 20 m (66 feet).
