The Exact Edge Extractor is an EDM-manufactured, tool-steel extractor engineered for unmatched precision and long-term reliability. Produced with electrical discharge machining to hold tolerances to ±0.0001", the extractor features an exceptionally sharp, precisely-formed hook positioned 0.005" closer to the cartridge rim for the most positive extraction available. Heat-treated to Rc 58–60, the A2 tool steel construction preserves the hook edge under repeated impact—unlike stamped steel or softer alloys that can roll or deform and eventually cause extraction failures.

EDM production yields a consistent, repeatable geometry and a hook point that resists wear; the result is dependable extraction cycle after cycle, even under hard use. Finished to exact dimensions and hardened for longevity, the Exact Edge Extractor is an ideal upgrade for applications where reliable extraction and tight tolerances are mission-critical.
