The Range XP is crafted on Weathersby's latest bolt action rifle platform, the model 307. Designed to enhance the legendary Mark V and Vanguard series, the model 307 boasts a 2-lug, fully cylindrical action compatible with a wide range of aftermarket accessories. This model is built to accommodate the diverse array of stocks, triggers, rails, mounts and magazines available today. The Range XP is a versatile platform, perfect for both the shooting range and the mountains. With years of innovation and testing, the model 307 action includes a bolt designed for tool-less disassembly, allowing hunters and shooters to easily field strip their bolt when necessary. The bolt also features an M16-style extractor for positive extraction and reliable ejection. Standard on the Range XP is the externally adjustable TriggerTech Field trigger. It comes with a Magpul removable magazine and is compatible with AICS magazines. The rifle features a lightweight vertical grip stock with an adjustable cheekpiece and adjustable length of pull for a customized fit. Textured touch points ensure a non-slip grip and dual front swivel studs allow for the attachment of multiple accessories.
