Integrated bases and rings are an excellent way to mount your scope closer to the bore centerline as well. XPR integrated bases and rings are very secure. Which means they help ensure your scope will stay zeroed in no matter the adverse conditions and wild weather. How secure? Nothing is totally bullet proof, but this design have proven exceptional over time. Entire base/ring is one integrated piece that mounts directly to the receiver.
