Designed for lightweight builds, the S-ONE handguards are crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum and offer the perfect balance of size and strength. The Aero taper lock Attachment system ensures a reliable mounting solution while maintaining a slim profile. Featuring two tapered locking nuts, this system evenly distributes clamping pressure across a custom barrel nut, secured with a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent locks everything in place during installation and guarantees a solid connection. The system's evenly distributed pressure prevents distortion during installation, which is often an issue with other methods. The S-ONE handguards come with all necessary mounting hardware and are designed to fit M4E1 threaded and mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers, but they may not be compatible with billet receivers due to indexing tabs.
