The S-ONE handguards are precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, designed for lightweight builds that require both durability and performance. With the innovative Aero taper lock attachment system, these handguards offer a slim profile without sacrificing strength. The system includes two mirrored tapered locking nuts to evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom barrel nut, secured with a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further ensures a secure fit and proper registration during installation. This system's even pressure distribution prevents distortion, an issue often seen with other handguard mounts. All necessary mounting hardware is provided and the S-ONE handguards are compatible with M4E1 threaded and mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers, but may not fit billet uppers due to indexing tabs.
