Engineered from 6061-T6 aluminum, the S-ONE handguards are designed for lightweight builds, offering a perfect balance between weight savings and strength. The Aero taper lock Attachment system provides a rock-solid mounting solution, allowing the handguard to retain a slim and functional profile. With two mirrored tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure on the custom barrel nut and a turnbuckle screw for added security, this system ensures the handguard stays secure during installation. A ratcheting detent further reinforces the connection and provides positive registration. The Aero taper lock system's even pressure eliminates the distortion commonly found with other mounting methods. Mounting hardware is included and the S-ONE handguards are compatible with M4E1 threaded upper receivers and mil-spec AR-15 uppers, though they may not fit billet uppers due to indexing tabs.
