The S-ONE handguards, machined from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, are designed with size and weight savings at the forefront, making them ideal for lightweight builds. Featuring our exclusive Aero taper lock attachment system, these handguards provide both aesthetic appeal and functional reliability. The system uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts for even clamping pressure on the custom-engineered barrel nut, all secured by a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further ensures positive registration and a secure fit during installation. The even distribution of clamping pressure eliminates handguard distortion during setup, a problem common with other systems. The S-ONE handguards come complete with mounting hardware and are fully compatible with M4E1 threaded and mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers, though they may not work with billet upper receivers due to indexing tabs.
