The S-ONE handguards, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, are designed with a focus on lightweight builds without compromising strength. Featuring the Aero taper lock attachment system, these handguards deliver a durable mounting platform while maintaining a sleek and slim profile. The system uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts to evenly apply clamping pressure across a custom barrel nut, secured with a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent ensures the handguard remains securely in place during installation. The Aero taper lock system helps eliminate distortion of the handguard by evenly distributing pressure, a common issue in other designs. All mounting hardware is included and the S-ONE handguards are compatible with M4E1 threaded upper receivers and mil-spec AR-15 uppers, but may not work with billet uppers due to indexing tabs.
