Crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, the S-ONE handguard series is engineered with a focus on minimizing size and weight, making it the ideal choice for your lightweight build. Featuring our proprietary Aero taper lock Attachment system, it provides a strong yet slim mounting platform, offering both durability and ease of use. The system includes two tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-designed barrel nut, secured with a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent ensures proper alignment during installation, preventing distortion commonly seen in other handguards. All necessary mounting hardware is included with the S-ONE handguard, which is designed to fit perfectly with our M4E1 threaded upper receivers and most mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers, though it may not be compatible with billet receivers.
