The S-ONE handguards are precision crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum for lightweight builds without compromising durability. The Aero taper lock attachment system offers a slim and strong mounting platform, using two tapered locking nuts to evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom barrel nut. This system is secured with a turnbuckle screw and a ratcheting detent further ensures a secure fit. By distributing pressure evenly, the Aero taper lock system eliminates distortion common with other mounting designs. All mounting hardware is included and the S-ONE handguards are compatible with M4E1 threaded and mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers, though they may not be suitable for billet uppers due to indexing tabs.
