- Material: 6061 Aluminum Alloy
- Model Compatibility: Auto-Trickler V2/V3
Features
Area 419 introduces a billet adjustable base for the widely-used auto trickler powder trickler. This component serves as a replacement for the original 3D-printed base included with the auto trickler unit. Recent enhancements include the addition of a thumb-wheel for pitch adjustment and a redesign that increases the weight by approximately 14% to enhance stability. The base is precision CNC machined in-house from a solid bar of 6061 aluminum, providing an additional weight of 1.4 lb to secure the Auto Trickler during operation. It also features an externally adjustable leg, allowing precise control over the unit's height and tilt.
- The base is precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum, providing a significantly more stable and accurate platform compared to the conventional 3D-printed base
