American Tactical is excited to announce the newest addition to their Cavalry line up of shotguns, The Road Agent! After several years of successful sales of over/under shotguns, American Tactical decided it was time to introduce a side by side coach gun to their line up. But they didn't design just any old coach gun! The Road Agent is designed with a 2017 twist for the classic external hammers side by side. The Road Agent features a Patent Pending decocker system, an industry first for an external hammer shotgun. The Road Agent autococks both hammers when you break the barrel to load it. The Patent Pending decocker lever automatically sets the gun to the "Safe" position. Disengage the safety and you're ready to shoot. But, should you need not to fire, don't put your thumb on the hammer, pull the trigger and hope nothing slips! Simply move the decocker lever to the decock position and both hammers will drop without striking the firing pins. Simply break the barrel to re-cock the hammers. The Road Agent features an 18.5 inches carbon steel barrel with black aluminum finish, aluminum receiver, intricate scroll engraving and hand finished wooden stock and forearm. The Road Agent also features double triggers to match its classic external hammer design, so you can shoot both barrels at once!.
