For over a century, the revered "Chicago Typewriter®," a classic submachine gun, has captured the hearts of collectors and shooting aficionados.

The Thompson 1927A-1, chambered in .45 ACP caliber, boasts a pinned Cutts compensator, extending its finned barrel to 18 inches, resulting in a carbine length of 41 inches from buttstock to muzzle. Available in T1 models with blued steel receivers or lighter T5 models with aluminum receivers, both feature a blade front sight and adjustable open rear sight. Its fixed stock, fashioned from luxurious polished American Walnut, includes a vertical foregrip.

The Thompson T1-14 models sport a slightly shorter 16.5-inch barrel, approved by BATFE with a permanently affixed Cutts compensator. Unlike the 18-inch barrel models where the compensator is pinned, in the T1-14, it's an integral part of the barrel.

The Thompson T1-C "Commando" model showcases parkerized steel, complemented by an all-wood stock, rear grip, and horizontal foregrip in a rugged black finish, complete with a black nylon sling. Alternatively, the T1B model offers a detachable buttstock with a vertical foregrip. Its overall length is 41 inches, but when the buttstock is removed, it reduces to 31.5 inches. Each Tommy Gun ships with a single 20-round stick magazine.
