Benelli sets a new standard for refined under/over sporting shotguns with their series of Engraved 828U Shotguns. The receiver is Nickel plated, and features a a finely cut etchings of floral and scroll-work patterning. The aesthetics of these shotguns are further enhanced by the AA-Grade Satin Walnut stock and fore end, as well as a glossy blued finish on the barrels. The engraved, nickel-plated receiver, combined with the luxurious AA-Grade Satin Walnut and glossy blued barrels gives the 828U shotguns a distinctively classic, yet contemporary appearance.

Like all of the premium shotguns in the 828U lineup, the 828U Engraved series features the patented steel locking system and plate which adds strength without compromising weight, and the easily removable trigger make maintenance a breeze and the impulse activated ejectors clear spend shells quickly and easily.

The Benelli 828U features a host of new technologies including Progressive Comfort technology that incorporates three sets of patented interlocking flexible buffers that absorb recoil at different stages dependent on the strength of the shotshell’s load for the absolute lightest recoil. The custom fit stock can be effortlessly adjusted to the exacting specifications of the shooter. This is accomplished with QuadraFit technology and a set of 5 drop and 4 cast shims that offer up to 40 different configurations. Finally these Benelli 828U shotgun’s showcase the Crio System. This technology is implemented during the creation of the barrel and choke tubes. It changes the molecular makeup of the steel in a way that relieve barrel stresses and offers less resistance to the wad and shot. This allows it to stay cleaner, more durable and offer shot patterns that are 13% more dense right out of the box. This revolutionary over and under shotgun is offered in a variety of configurations to meet the needs of competitive shooter, hunters and those just out for a day of fun.
