For new barrels, utilizing the Fine hone alone enhances the factory finish to a mirror-bright quality that is highly appealing to customers. The system is user-friendly - secure it in a variable speed electric drill, apply Flex Hone oil to the hone, start the drill and insert the hone into the barrel from the breech end, if feasible. As the hone operates, a slurry of abrasive and oil forms, facilitating the cutting action.
