A hardened steel tool effectively and reliably removes broken cases from AR-type firearms or any other firearms chambered for .223 Cal/5.56x45mm or .308 Cal/7.62mm cartridges. Its exclusive, threaded, two-piece design is adjustable for overall length, ensuring complete engagement with the rim of the case mouth, preventing slippage or stripping. The tool is straightforward to use - insert the broken shell extractor into the chamber directly inside the broken case. Allow the bolt to close so that the extractor engages the rim of the tool, then draw back the bolt to open the chamber. The broken case will eject along with the broken shell extractor.
