Features
The product known as Good Old Five-Fifty-Five, as referred to by professionals, is the key technique employed by expert polishers to achieve a mirror-like finish on firearms following the use of Polish-O-Ray500. For optimal results, it is recommended to use hard felt, followed by loose muslin, for each grit level as you progress. You may conclude the process with any of the three grit levels once the desired finish is attained. It is advisable to experiment to determine the combination and sequence that best suits your workshop. The coarsest of the three grits allows for a quicker transition to the 555 family. This product is also highly effective as a coloring polish for aluminum after completing the final sanding steps.
