Features
The Brownells AR-15 upper receiver lapping tool is constructed from cold-rolled steel and is designed to be used with a 3/8 inches hand drill to efficiently square the upper receiver face of your AR-15. This process enhances the precise alignment between the barrel and receiver, thereby improving accuracy. To operate, apply an aluminum-oxide lapping compound to the receiver face. The tool's extended pilot fits into the bolt carrier tunnel to maintain concentricity with the receiver. Secure the tool in the drill and rotate it until the desired result is achieved.
- Precision-engineered AR-15 upper receiver lapping tool crafted from high-grade steel material for optimal alignment and enhanced performance in firearm assembly and maintenance tasks
- 3/8 inches drill shank diameter
