The Brownells AR-15 cantilever scope mount offers a comprehensive one-piece solution for mounting scopes on AR-type modern sporting rifles. It is designed to position the scope forward, ensuring ample eye relief, while also elevating it to a height that allows for a comfortable head position and sufficient clearance for the objective bell. Constructed from a single billet of 6061-T6 aluminum, this mount is both lightweight and robust. It features a pair of hardened steel 1/2 inches hex nuts that deliver exceptional locking force, ensuring the mount and the attached scope remain securely in place. The mount/scope assembly can be removed and reinstalled on the rifle with minimal to no shift in the scope's zero.
