The assemblies come with pre-installed components, including a slip ring assembly, non-marked front sight base and a handguard cap appropriate for the barrel length. M4 carbine assemblies are equipped with a round cap, while rifle length barrels feature a triangle cap. These barrels are made from 4150 chrome moly steel and have a 5.56x45mm chamber with a 1:7 twist rate, designed for use with 62 grain and heavier projectiles.
