These Choke Tubes feature an ultra-tight constriction that has undergone meticulous testing to ensure consistently precise patterns. They are compatible with an array of shot materials, including lead, nickel-plated, copper-plated, Bismuth, Hevi-Shot, tungsten, and TSS. The extended taper section within the constriction, situated in the parallel section of the Choke Tube, effectively reduces stray pellets and consistently tightens patterns. This results in enhanced accuracy with a higher pellet count on target for every shot. Crafted from 17-4 heat treated stainless steel, these Choke Tubes sport a discreet matte black finish to eliminate reflections. Each Choke Tube's constriction has been rigorously pattern tested, providing optimal patterns with shot sizes ranging from 4 to 10. For larger shot sizes exceeding #4, we recommend using an open Choke Tube for superior pattern distribution. It's crucial to pattern your shotgun Choke Tube with the specific shotshell load you intend to use, as different ammunition types and brands can generate distinct patterns using the same Choke Tube. Please be aware that Carlson's Turkey Choke should not be used with steel shot larger than #4, slugs, sabots, rifled slugs, or 00/000 buckshot.
