Is this regular 22lr or magnum. In other words can I run this through my Henry lever and marlin 60?
Steve T on Aug 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It's just regular 22lr it should run great in either gun
I have a Beretta 21a bobcat. Is this OK to use or do I need non hollow point? Thanks
Ron S on Sep 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Your Bobcat should cycle fine with any CCI hp, just keep it clean and remember each pistol has its own ammo likes and dislikes so its a learning curve on that point.

Very disappointed
I have used this in the past with very good results though my Walther P22, so when it was on special a few weeks ago I ordered 5 boxes. I'm part way through the 2nd box, and this lot of 5 boxes of this ammo will not cycle at all through my Walther P22, I'm lucky to get 2 shots in a row without racking the slide due to failure to feed, not to mention at least 2 ejection failures per magazine. This ammo will run through my Ruger SR22 rifle fine, but I have noticed that based on the ejection of the empty casings from both guns, I think that it is under powered. Usually the 22LR casings really travel when they leave the gun, most of these end up on the bench next to me. I don't know what is up with this batch of ammo, but I am not happy with the results at all.

CCI Mini-mag .22LR
You just can't go wrong with CCI Mini-mag .22LR. That round has been one of the best you could buy for decades.

Mini-Mags at a great price
I got these on sale for a great deal: 1200 rounds and free shipping a hair under $100. They are mini-mags in my opinion the best .22 ammo in an attractive box. It never hurts to have a few of these on hand!

This is where I think most people are missing the boat. CCI Mini Mag has been the gold standard for may people as far as 22lr ammo. Whats the diggerence? they come in a box. They a re NOT bulk ammo. Individually stet in plastic trays (Just the CCi mini mags-Just no individual tops.)Hollow point copper or brass coated very clean burning. I can shoot 600+ rounds Clean my s&w M&p 10 round compact (Which will eat and spit out anything) and I see barley any carbon or residue. This is partly due to the fact I follow the manufactures manual and do not over lubricate my gun and place the gun oil only where it is belongs and most importantly this is CCI. I see very little diffrence between the mini mags and swamp people.I would bet they would run through a Sig Sauer Scprpion 22. They are the most 22lr ammo sensitive gun on the market and they know it. In the manual sig even states use CCimini mags. Just for that reason. I rented a Sig 22lr scorpin and sleaze ball who rented it to be probably knew and sold me sellor-which is great ammo & expensive. Ithe gun would not fire one round of it. The sig scorpin 22lr is a beautiful gun but it needs mini mags-very hard to find. I would not be shocked if these worked just as well. Sig Sauer could have fixed this problem by altering the feed ramp. They have not and that is the only reason no one buys them any more. I love it Have 10 boxes left and usually pay around 30.00 + tax. 10 cents a round is the highest i will go on 22lr. Great stuff.

Shoots great
I have been looking for ammo that would cycle properly through my Sig Sauer Mosquito. I have tried everything I could find with no luck waiting for mini-mag to become available. I am so pleased with this ammo. It is clean and cycles the slide every time. I did have one failure but it did not occur in the gun; One bullet had fallen out of its casingprobably during shipping.
