Will this trigger fit a Sig 516 patrol and/or 716 patrol?
greg L on Feb 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It will if the Sig uses the same triggers as a mil-spec AR 15 type. I think your best bet would be to contact CMC or Sig. My triggers were for AR .types and DPMS gen 2

A freaking great value when on sale, a great trigger at regular price.
Friends kept telling me to get Gieslle trigger groups. I didn’t necessarily have any issues with my triggers, I pulled them and bullets come out the pointy end. I purchased yet another PSA rifle kit and for some reason the trigger group was much smoother than in my hunting AR. I noticed the difference immediately. So then I went on a quest for a nice Gieselle trigger set to see if it was as good as people said.

Thankfully along the way I was told to buy the CMC trigger set when they went on sale. The drop in portion made it a 2 minute operation, plus the group comes with ant-walking pins. I noticed the difference the first time I fired the rifle. The smooth 3 pound pull iis like butter compared to the mil-spec groups I had in my other builds.

I now have 5 rifles with CMC triggers and for what I’m using them for they are an excellent value. Has anyone ever told you that when you are hunting that you should be “surprised” when you fire your rifle? I never had that before. I always knew when my rifle would go bang because I would walk the trigger all the way back and could feel the resistance. The first time a sighted in on a hog and touched that CMC trigger I had that “surprise”. As soon as that ear was lined up in my crosshairs (we turn them into sausage not wanton waste) my rifle went off and that hog was dead. I honestly didn’t even remember pulling the trigger.

That’s why I bought several more.

CMC trigger
Used this trigger and a PSA 18" stainless Wylde upper on a recent build - what a difference. No creep, crisp break, quick reset. Rifle went from 3-5 MOA to ringing steel consistently at 500 yds. I love it!

This trigger at times gives light strikes on the first round from a magazine. Even one misfire is unacceptable.

Perfect drop in for any rifle. Have them on all my MSR platforms in different caliber. Only drawback...It will make you more accurate.
Great drop in trigger
