The new DISSENT MK47 brings the 7.62×39mm cartridge to that platform, pairing a compact, purpose-built action with a direct-impingement recoil system that eliminates the need for a traditional buffer tube. Because there’s no buffer system, the DISSENT can use a folding or collapsible stock; the MK47 ships with CMMG’s folding DISSENT stock featuring 8 length-of-pull positions, 3 cheek-height settings, 3 QD sling sockets, and a side-folding hinge for compact transport.

Key DISSENT features include a forward-mounted, non-reciprocating side charging handle that can be swapped left or right, plus an adjustable gas block for tuning different ammo types or optimizing suppressed use. This MK47 wears a 16.10" barrel inside a 15" aluminum M-LOK handguard, making it easy to mount lights, bipods, and other M-LOK accessories.
