Features
The GEN2 version of our 88 grain bullet features the SealTiteBand positioned further up on the body, altering the projection length to 0.58 inches. Our MTH line is precision-machined from lead-free solid copper bar stock using a CNC lathe. These bullets are characterized by a high ballistic coefficient and are designed to expand, making them suitable for hunting across various ranges. A distinctive feature of this bullet is our patented SealTiteBand, a band slightly larger than the caliber diameter encircling the bullet, engineered to eliminate fliers by preventing gas blow-by. Additionally, the SealTiteBand reduces copper fouling, a common issue with monometal bullets. These bullets do not mushroom; instead, they fracture. After penetrating 1-2 inches, 3-4 petals break off and radiate outward from the main wound channel by approximately 2-3 inches, causing significant trauma. They are capable of expanding at velocities as low as 1600 fps.
- The specified projectile necessitates a rifling twist rate of 1 - 9.25 inches or greater rotational velocity for optimal stabilization
