MTM Hard-Gard designed their deluxe 50 round capacity ammo boxes to be the ultimate ammo protection. Bullets are placed in the box in the down position and are protected by four special fingers. These fingers are designed to keep most bullet tips from hitting the bottom of the box, preventing tip damage that can change bullet flight characteristics. There is extra space provided between rounds to facilitate easy removal and a convenient fold down carrying handle for easy transportation. The MTM deluxe ammo box is made with a scuff-resistant textured polypropylene that will not crack, chip, contract, expand, or warp. This ammo box also has a full-length integral 'living-hinge' and a Snap-Lok latch for easy opening.
