6.5 NOT 3.5lbs...
I ordered a replacement, while at the same time contacting Elftmann. The 2nd trigger had exactly the same challenge (6.5lbs pull). The trigger I sent back to Elftmann (in the hopes that they could resolve the issue) was returned to me sure enough. And sure enough it was better this time "After polishing". They were responsive, professional and I am sure made every effort... but I was perplexed by the response. "The trigger is on its way back to you. They were unable to find anything unusual about this trigger. They tested and retested. They even had Art Elftmann himself look over and test this trigger. They polished it up a bit to where it now breaks similar to our Match trigger." They did say something about a "run in" process and a couple hundred round helping performance. So since when does it make sense to buy $100 worth of ammo, put wear on the gun just to make the trigger work?? Spend the money folks, get the real deal. That said, I tested several at a local range and purchased a new Velocity trigger. Works great! [...]

Very Nice!
I liked it so much I bought another one. The first one went into my PSA-10. It was not hard to install once I learned the steps on how to do it. The second one went into my M&P-10. Be careful with this one! You might have to do a little grinding on the elftman trigger housing because of the Mag Release may be partially in the way. Otherwise I give it 5 stars and its worth ever one.
