Faxon Firearms is proud to partner with Q in the development of barrels for their revolutionary new round, 8.6 Blackout. These barrels feature an impressive 1:3 twist rate, which maximizes rotational energy to increase energy on target for exceptional performance. As with all Faxon Barrels, the 8.6 Blackout barrels are machined from raw bar stock at our Greater Cincinnati facility. These barrels are fully stress relieved, air gauge tested, Magnetic particle inspected and 11 deg target crowned to ensure superior accuracy. Each barrel undergoes a rigorous series of tests at every stage of production, with final inspection ensuring top tier quality. To guarantee perfect fit and reliable function, all Faxon barrels are individually checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges and are backed by the Faxon lifetime guarantee, ensuring a lifetime of exceptional performance.
