Fully manufactured in house from start to finish, these barrels are stress relieved, air gauge tested and precision 11 deg target crowned to ensure exceptional accuracy. Using certified 416R stainless steel, each barrel undergoes rigorous testing throughout every stage of production and is finished with a nitride coating for enhanced durability. The Match series barrels are crafted from gun barrel quality bar stock, utilizing 5R rifling, which features lands opposite grooves and reduced sharp angles to minimize jacket deformation, increase velocity and make cleaning easier. Chambered in .223 Wylde, these barrels take full advantage of the 5R rifling for superior accuracy, while also ensuring safe performance through individual magnetic particle inspection (MPI) testing. After thorough testing, the barrels are treated with Nitride inside and out to improve bore longevity, prevent corrosion and protect against the elements. The extension is coated in nickel Teflon to enhance dry lubricity, corrosion resistance and ensure a tighter fit between the extension and receiver further enhancing accuracy.
