Manufactured in house from gun barrel quality 416R stainless steel, each barrel features 5R rifling a hybrid design with lands opposite grooves and reduced sharp angles. This innovation reduces jacket deformation, increasing velocity and making cleaning easier while enhancing accuracy. After rigorous testing, the barrels undergo nitride treatment inside and out, locking in the bore, improving barrel life and providing outstanding resistance against the elements. The nickel Teflon coated extension further enhances dry lubricity and corrosion resistance, while also tightening the fit between the extension and receiver, ultimately boosting accuracy. The Faxon Match series barrels are engineered for precision, performance and durability ready to excel when duty calls or the buzzer sounds, offering unrivaled value in every shot.
