Are these rounds considered armor piercing round? If so, I believe they are illegal in OK.

BEST ANSWER: They are LAP rounds, so they do have a small steel tip. I live in OK. and have my whole life. These type of rounds are not illegal or banned in any way in Oklahoma.

Is this boxer primed brass case?

BEST ANSWER: Yes.. but the primer is crimped.. so you will need to remove the crimp prior to reloading.
What is the BC for this ammo?

BEST ANSWER: haven’t had a chance to chronograph it. It’s accurate enough for my practice scenarios. I recommend it
