Details
- Size: #204
- Material: Tool Steel
- Diameter (inches): 0.207
Features
Designed for use with original, classic and power case trimmers, the neck reamer is built from high-grade, wear-resistant tool steel. It features standard dimensions ground slightly larger than bullet diameter, allowing for effective neck wall trimming. The staggered tooth layout promotes clean, chatter-free cuts. Removing brass from thick necks helps prevent pressure spikes and ensures consistent bullet trajectories. The tool fits into the trimmer's cutter, replacing the pilot and should be used after full-power firing and before any sizing.
- Engineered from premium-grade, wear-resistant tool steel for enhanced durability and performance
- The staggered tooth configuration ensures seamless brass cutting, minimizing vibration and eliminating chatter for optimal precision
- Install the case trimmer cutter shaft in place of the pilot
- Precision-machined to a tolerance of 0.0025 inches - 0.003 inches greater than the specified bullet diameter
