  • Allows inspection of case necks for "donuts" at the neck-shoulder junction, ensuring consistency

Features

The Neck Tension Gage (NTG) is an indispensable inspection tool for reloaders, designed to quickly and accurately screen and sort batches of brass before the bullet seating process. By providing precise measurements, the NTG allows reloaders to achieve exacting neck tensions, ensuring consistency and optimal performance during bullet seating. Comes in five calibers, the NTG features a stepped design with four progressively larger diameters, each clearly etched on the metal tool for easy reference. To use, insert the stepped end into the neck of a sized case and slide it in until one diameter achieves a slip fit. The resulting measurement guides reloaders in fine-tuning their case preparation for consistent neck tension and improved accuracy. The NTG Neck Tension Gage is a simple yet powerful tool for enhancing precision in every reloading session.
