Steel or brass?

No harm in using steel cased ammunition, go for it. Yes the barrel will wear out faster however the savings you made by using steel cased ammo you can buy multiple new barrels.

My favorite part is that WA keeps passing laws that are not only federally unconstitutional, but go against the state constitution. Milling 80% lowers

I completely rigged my drill press in the most redneck ways possible but can’t argue with success. Zip-tied the shop vac house to a c-clamp on the table to hold it in place. Next I built an oil dripper out of a water bottle and some small gauge tubing with an alligator clip for flow control. If you step your cuts down instead of just trying to plunge full depth from the start you’ll save yourself from excessive to wear and heat (not to mention more manageable chip generation).

Out of state FFL transfers

I live in New Jersey. I’ve purchased non- compliant long guns from other online retailers and had them shipped to my FFL. Why does PSA refuse to ship and charge a restocking fee? The FFL modifies the rifle and magazines to make them NJ compliant. They’re responsible for the transfer. I’m kinda pissed I referred a friend here and then he got shafted.
