Placed an order last week and no shipping notification, still shows as processing. I am just curious if all shipping is on hold until after shotshow like some other manufacturers.
We are still shipping during shot show. If you are past 7 business days for regular items, 15 business days for uppers, or 10 business days for firearms, let me know and I can take a look into your order to see what I can figure out.
Same here. I ordered a BCG and a charging handle on 01-07-22 and it still shows to be processing. However, I ordered an upper the week before and had it inside of five days. That’s pretty cool.
Thank you, I did not anticipate 15 days to ship an upper. The lower went out immediately. Kind of unfortunate.
It may not take that long. It just depends on how busy we are. We use those numbers as our standard shipping times. Serialized items and regular items have to be stored separately, so they ship separately. This is part of why one part has gone out, but not the other.
Also keep in mind it’s business days (weekends don’t count) iirc.
i really dont think psa stops shipping for anything other than national holidays.
I would like to add that a lot of the important people are at Shot Show this week, so while I can find out a lot of information on my own, some things will have to wait until they get back.
And because I have been messaged about it already. No, I’m sorry but I dont have/can’t give out any extra information on whats being announced and displayed at the show this week. If its not already out on FB by Jamin or Chad, or put out from media at Shot Show, I cant comment on it.

I placed an order on 12/30/2021 for a Sig Tango 1-6 and still no update other than label created and that was 5 days ago. Any further info would be greatly appreciated.
I think that scope is drop shipped, so PSA actually has nothing to do with the shipping. It is coming from a warehouse partner and not actually from PSA.
Good morning, Josh! I placed an order for a PSA AR-15 upper on the 10th. No problems with the order process but to date, the order still shows as “PROCESSING.”
I understand that it can take up to 15 days for uppers but then again, other folks seem to be getting their uppers shipped within a 2-3 days. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
It’s normal. PSA does a tremendous amount of volume. Up to 15 business days is normal.
Orders will say processing until it has been packed and marked for shipment.
15 days doesn’t quite seem to be a reasonable time frame regardless of volume. I guess it will ship when it ships. Love your products, and greatly appreciate your taking the time to respond.
Part of the problem is UPS. When PSA requests 15 trailers a day and UPS sends 5…well, things get backed up.
I know you probably cannot give exact numbers, I am curious of how many orders a day PSA receives for AR’s, AK’s etc. might help everyone understand what type of volume they are trying to process a day.
Every time I drive by the warehouse there are multiple UPS tractor trailers present. That doesn’t included PSA’s own trucks that run to the stores.
just know its a lot…i doubt that theyll publish that info.
