I ordered a rifle 21st of October order in my account says shipping but if you do a deep search it says not shipped yet. Maybe you guys need to hire some people the holidays are almost here yall are really going to be bogged down before long well really your bogged down now i don’t mind waiting a little while longer. But there’s some people who if they don’t get there stuff buy the holidays will probably start canceling orders . I can wate im not in that big of a hurry but this is the longest I have had to wate on a order. Have a happy holiday season ![]()
If you account says “shipped” but UPS says “not in the system yet” then the issue is UPS, not PSA. It means the trailer full of PSA stuff is sitting at UPS waiting to be scanned in the system. PSA delivers 7 tractor trailers a day to UPS and it isnt the holiday season yet…

I checked PSA shipping status there the one says it has not been shipped yet. It said that give them 16 business days after that get in touch with them.
Well i finally called the store were my rifle was being shipped to and it was at the store. They didn’t send me a tracking number to follow my package while it was being delivered it was just sitting at the store. Nobody called me to let me know it had been delivered. I didn’t mind waiting a while but i should be able to know the progress of my shipment so i can pick it up upon arrival. I do love the product i received. Just need to tighten up on notifications in shipping.
@robertulmer1059 when they ship to store they use their own trucks so no tracking. What seems to work for me:
Once it says shipped, i wait two days for it to go through the books and then go pick it up, regardless of whether i have received an email or call.
You also can always PM one of the PSA reps here and see if they can check on it for you. They may/may not be able to help.
