I am looking at ordering a Zev for one of my Daggers just to try. I own several smith M&Ps so the hinged trigger doesn’t bother me.
The one i am looking at is tbis one. ZEV Technologies PRO Trigger Trigger Bar Flat Faced Glock 17 19 22 23
Thanks

Welcome to the forum @jcook4434
Overwatch sells a flat face shoe polymer $39
I got the Cross Armory trigger assy for mine. I got it on sale at Dvor so it didn’t hurt that much. I got the red blade.
Zev Tech is great, I have one in a Dagger. For price and quality, I’d recommend looking at Wheaton Arms.
You want maximum value? I give you maximum value.
I’d be worried it wouldn’t hold up at the moment I needed it most. IMHO
I have plenty of serious use handguns, and 5 Daggers. My latest is a green model, threaded barrel, RMR optic cut slide. Just wanted to try a better trigger in this one.
I ordered the Zev, online reviews seem to be positive, and it seems to be drop in. A lot of aftermarket triggers require tuning of the trigger bar/fulcrum, not interested in that.
Also, PSA does offer the Zev as an option installed in some Dagger frames.
Thats pretty cheap. I paid $150 for the Zev trigger, with connector, and trigger spring.
The ZEV trigger is top-shelf gear. I’ve got one in one of my Daggers and it’s head and shoulders above the stock trigger. An ordinary stock Glock OEM trigger that’s been polished is also a really good choice. A surprisingly inexpensive and well-done choice is the Shadow Systems Glock Gen 3 trigger. I’ve got one of those in a Glock 26 and it’s a very smooth-shooting trigger that required no work to improve, totally drop-in solution.
You don’t have to get super expensive to improve your pistol.
Got my Zev Pro trigger yesterday, installed it today. Use enough hammer to get the pins moving, they are extremely tight compared to a Glock.
The stock trigger wasn’t bad, just wanted to see how a flat trigger would feel on a Dagger frame. Can’t wait to shoot it next weekend.
I think you’ll like it. Not too light you can’t carry it, not too heavy for competition use.
The Shadow is about 9/10 the Zev, for about 1/8 the price.
The Zev IS better - no doubt about that. But the Shadow System is a Raging Deal, and can be had for under Twenty Clams.
