That’s my wife’s favorite hot sauce pictured.
First try at spam musubi.I loved it, wife not so much she would not touch it as she is a spam hater and won’t eat nori.
Its sushi rice with furikake seasoning,with fried spam then glazed with mixture of soy sauce,mirin,brown sugar,and oyster sauce.
I would eat that.
When I visited Maui Hawaii they called that Gas Station Sushi.

Im smoking a boston butt, a whole chicken, and some drumsticks. Going to start the pork this afternoon as its 10lbs. Going for about a 15 hr smoke.
