It rankles to have to pay $60 more for an optic cut and tall sights I do not want and then pay $20 more to get regular sights that I do want. The last plain Dagger upper I bought was $195 and an extra $80 or 41% makes them much less a good value.
first dagger i got was a classic, i donât know why they changed anything. 3dot days and i was hitting softballs at 40yards⌠those are some good dots too.

actually it is sort of how it works. As I got older, yeah, not only a friggen grandpa but soon to be a friggen great grandpa, my eyesight got worse. I could no longer focus on my front sight and when I even tried the target turned to a blur. With the red dot I can see the target and the dot is clear.
I try not to insult people because of equipment choices. Someone want to shoot irons, good for them, if they want optics⌠great, go for it. They have that choice. I just wonder at the wisdom of PSA to no longer offer slides without optics cuts.

i have to agree that i wish theyâd still have the plain slides. maybe they will. or at least have the slides match the plates that block off the optic slot. that way its a choice to run one or not and still look just as good with or without one.
