I have orders from years ago that still show as processing.
It seems ,especially since the website change awhile ago, that I order, get confirmation, pakage is delivered to me orFFL, aweek after that I might get a tracking #. But not a guarantee.
Never received a tracking number, had .45 1911A1 shipped to Academy which was in the FFL list on the site when purchased. All we got was a confirmation email showing it was ordered with an order number. Since it canāt be tracked via a tracking number then the only way to check on it is through the PSA website. And there is says itās been delivered. But academy says it had not been delivered and they donāt have it. I have had 3, employees and a manager looking for it and no one can locate it. It was supposed to be delivered today. It says it was delivered and we go on a 30 day trip in the morning. So if itās not here then it will be returned after 10 days as abandoned. And God only knows what kind of charges I will receive for that. Iām sure I will have to pay shipping fees both ways and a restocking fee. And itās not my fault. Why would the PSA website say itās been delivered if it indeed has not been delivered. And these people have been turning that store upside down looking for it. My mom is there watching them look so I know for a fact they are. But is like they are looking for a ghost. This is putting a really bad taste in my mouth.

PSA pulls the tracking from UPS. So UPS says Academy has it.
PM me the order number and I will look. My access is limited to psa systems though. I will be able to see if we have it and if it shipped. If it has shipped, I ultimately look at ups tracking info. The tracking info is 99% accurate though ( looking at our tracking stats ). Once the s/n leaves our bound book its on the FFL to check it in and I donāt have access to that information.

I ordered a rifle 5 weeks ago for in-store pickup. The order tracker is still showing the status of āorder confirmedā. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but each time the machine hangs up on me. Contacting customer service through email or the chat feature only generates an automated response. I also tried calling the store, but nobody answered the phone. Is there any way to get an answer from an actual person? I just want to know when my order will arrive.

Which store? As PSA trucks run weekly i bet its there if you go and ask.
@GuitarGuy Greenville store. The thing is, the store is over an hour away and I donāt want to drive all that way if I donāt know whether theyāll even have it. Iāve tried calling them multiple times, but canāt get anyone to answer the phone

I understand the shipping can take a while, but does this mean my order was cancelled or is it a website bug? The other status page still says confirmed.

They dont send them anymore due to potential theft. Use the chat bot and it will tell you.
