Where's my order! Look here first for answers to order and shipping questions

Anthony, I’m having an issue with my order. I never got a shipping notification or a tracking number. My friend got a shipping notice on the 14th and is due tomorrow. I ordered before he did so just making sure all is well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated Anthony!

Everything looks good on this end. Appears to just be waiting for UPS to pick up the trailer its on. Should see movement on it any day now!

Why should anyone have to do anything making a purchase at PSA. Why is there responsibility off the hook once they ship? A customer should not have to deal with any shipping issues because of a shipper the seller chooses to use. I was not offered a choice, why would I have to fight with fed ex or whoever if I don’t get my package I bought from PSA? How does that make any sense at all? In a case like that the buyer pays seller for an item the seller promises to provide buyer once payment is made correct? Well once PSA has been paid how does there part in the transaction go to complete if I still haven’t received the item I paid them for but say their shipper lost or a shippers employee stole. Why would a person then have to fight with FedEx because PSA chose a carrier that didn’t perform what PSA contracted them to do. Why does buyer then have to wait months sometimes while FedEx does there b.s. internal investigations? All while PSA has been paid without completing the transaction? That’s burden should fall directly of PSA as the seller. I just made my first.ever purchase with PSA and so far I am anything but impressed with any single part of this transaction process and am unable to even get through to customer service whether sending the contact form or trying to call the customer care phone number. And my question is simply why do the subtotal of the order and shipping cost when added up do not match whats been charged. In my case the subtotal was $65.80 shipping shows $9.99 why is my card then charged almost $84.00? I thought maybe sales tax or something but the difference is well over any state sales tax in the country. There is no option on the contact for for my question so I get automated emails sent to me with nothing related to the issue I inquired about. No friendly customer service rep calls or emails me and when I call I have to sit through automated garbage for nearly 6 minutes while waiting for the prompt to push only when I push #8 nothing happens and it repeats on and on. Now I’m pissed. And this is like a bunch of 5 year olds working a lemonade stand. Why is it so difficult to do anything with PSA? And if my items don’t arrive in timely fashion, I’m not dealing with who they chose to ship and haven’t honored the sale, they can. And will. Otherwise they will refund what I’ve paid them and assume their own responsibility in not honoring the sale. Anyone can’t see the common sense and decency of that we’ll go ahead at sit for weeks or months waiting and trying to deal with a responsibility that’s not yours to begin with. That’s what a fraudulent sale is. And the seller is in breach of the transaction and their shipper is only obligated to the contract they signed with the seller not the buyer. Doesn’t matter what terms and conditions persay PSA puts in any fine print. Law is clear on the buyer seller transaction laws. No terms or conditions even if misled into checking a box circumvents basic rights. Now this whole difficulty getting through to anyone with simple questions, well that’s just a character flaw of PSA.

1st off, welcome to the forums. 2nd…once PSA ships via UPS (which is the only shipper that has hub in Columbia) it is on UPS. If UPS loses your package, contact PSA and they will gladly start a trace and if indeed it is lost UPS will handle the claim, but that has to originate from PSA who will gladly work on your behalf. If a drop shipped item is ordered (i.e. not coming from the PSA warehouse) then it may come FedEx. If lost, again, PSA will gladly work with you to make sure you get what you ordered. Again, that has to originate with PSA so you should contact them first.

As for the checkout, purchase price, shipping, and tax (which they collect based on the supreme court decision that affects all online retailers) are the total unless you round up to help GOA. If you have a problem with that then you do need to contact CS as they are not here on the forums.

Also, as this is a family friendly forum please watch foul language as that will only get a system flag on your account.

Must be the first time you ever ordered anything online ! The other 99.999 % have not had problems. Hang in there, thing have a way of working their way out !

I feel your pain. I’ve had good experiences in the past. I bought an optic a month ago and apparently it’s sitting in a truck with 1000s of other orders. I keep seeing sale items I’d love to buy, but can’t justify the gamble that they would just be sitting in yet another truck. Thankfully PSA isn’t the only game in town. I’ve ordered several items from several different distributors since, and have received everything in a timely manner. Sad on UPS for how they’re handling this.

New to the forum, and PSA in general.
Placed my order Friday for a couple of shotguns the GForce Pumpernickel ( think I snagged the last one :grin:) & one of those Retay.

Shipped to Columbia store and order still says processing.
Is the turn time still the same time frame for shipping if to the store?
Curious if they update the shipping status since it’s being shipped to the fernandina location.

Not really sweating it, just curious how their system works with warehouse to store/ store to store shipping.

Pretty sure ship to store goes on their dedicated trucks and IIRC they go weekly. You won’t get a tracking number. I’m sure somebody with more knowledge than I will jump in here soon enough with better info than I have.

No shipping tracking as it goes PSA trucks. Once it says “delivered” give it 2 business days and go get it. The 2 days gives them a chance to log it in and the ffl process to work.

Received email notification that order has arrived at Fernandina! :grin::grin::grin:
Called store to ensure & explained that I likely won’t be able to pick up until next week as I’m on the road.
Told no worries, it will stay in their order pickup room until I can get to it next week, which is awesome!

Now I’m out here in the truck “tweekin and geekin” because I’m ready to get back and pick up my purchases!! Lol

why does it take 15 days to walk over to a shelf pick up a upper and put it in a box and label it?

Because there are mutiple facilities involved.

how does that work, it has to be assembled first?
