So I placed a order over the weekend, so how long does it usually take to process the order???
Thanks @Anthony_PSA and @GuitarGuy for the info. I will swing by early afternoon one day if I donāt get the pickup notification within the next day or so.
This and more info is available at the top of the page.
Arnt we all?
Just trying to clarify. So it will remain āprocessingā until it actually ships.
Yeah, once the shipping label has been generated and the fulfillment is complete you should see the status change.
Went by today since I still did not get any pickup info and they did have it there so it was probably there for a couple of weeks.
Well i finally got my gun only after i called them. Yes its here came yesterday, ive heard that many times before , anyway i got my gun. There Customer service sucks. And 17.00 dollars to deliver it to their store on their own truck. What a rip off.
Shipping cost gets refunded to your card upon pickup when you opt for ship-to-store.
They didnt tell me this at check out so how do i know this. I got no credit to my card that im aware of.
@TheRogue @SuperPredator The only store that refunds shipping is the Fernandina store because its so close the our Warehouse. We do charge shipping for every other store though. But you also donāt have to pay a transfer fee. Which now a days goes for any where from $25 to $75 depending on the gun shop and if they will allow transfers.
Just another way to make a profit. Im sure my gun was not the only thing on that truck. Try Deweys pawn shop, he dont charge no fee
To each their own, enjoy your firearm!
One quick question: I ordered a Glock on Friday with my FFL being PSA Summerville. I assume this is āISPUā, but that wasnāt specifically an option I selected. From my perspective during checkout, I just happened to select an FFL that is a PSA store. What kind of shipping time should I expect? I was hoping Iād be able to go get it this week. The top says firearms may take 7-10 days to ship out, but ISPU says up to 5 business days. Iām really hoping itās one or the other, but not both (7-10 + 5). Any clarification yāall can offer, please?
In Store PickUp (ISPU) can take a few days because it goes on PSAās trucks and not UPS. The benefit is you dont pay the ffl fee. Keep an eye on it and generally you can pick up 48 hours after it says shipped, which gives them time for the paperwork.
Iāve Figured Out How This Company Operates. When You Place A Online Order, They Bill Your credit Card Right Away. Them They Set On Your Order Till They Feel Like Shipping It. They Donāt Care, They Already Got Their Money. Lots Of Companies Donāt Charge Your Card Till The Item Ships. Take Some Advice. Play Fair.

I ordered a holster last Friday from a different company. They took my money, shipped yesterday and i may have it tomorrow or Friday. Almost all companies charge you when you buy it. If you bothered to read the PSA shipping policy you would know they do so much business that it is impossible to ship right away. They also drop ship just like pretty much other gun company out there. And guess whatā¦those places charge you right away also.
Sounds like you want to make excuses for their slackness. I know how people act when they get your money upfront. Gurantee you if they didnt get the money till item shipped they be moving a lot faster
It isnt an excuse, it isnt slackness. It is in black and white what their shipping policy is. If you dont like it by all means order elsewhere. That will speed up the rest of our orders.![]()
