I pressed order and had an error message about payment (it updated too fast to read). I then got a notification that the money was taken out of my account, never got a confirmation and no orders in my order screen. Not sure what to doā¦

@sean.psa can check if he is in the office monday. If your card is charged it went through.
Going off the title, Iām assuming this to be the right place.
When Iām logged in and go to order history, it says āShippedā besides my order and nothing else but if I do it without being logged in, I can hit order information and it shows another step that says āDeliveredā. Is it just the way it is set up? Iām a bit confused on actual status.

What and where did you have something shipped?
I bought the Canik TTI Combat from the website and shipped to the Fernandina store. Iāve read through this discussion and the email seemed hit or miss so Iāve kept a loose eye on my order. First time through PSA online.
So if you shipped to storeā¦my rule of thumb is to wait 2 business post āshippedā and its ready. Fern is basically 1 day shipping but they receive 2 pallots of guns/day, so it takes them a while to log it all in.
Bro why are you being so rude to psa ? They consistently provide superior quality at unbelievable prices!!! So what if it takes an extra 2 days ITS WORTH IT

My order used to say āprocessingā, now it says āclosedā but it hasnāt shipped. What does closed mean?
Closed means there was an issue that denied them from fulfilling it. It wont be shipped. There are a variety of reasonsā¦cc, ffl, change of address, Potential fraudā¦
You have to call CS and have the order # ready.

Hi! I ordered a Hellcat RDP
Serialized items usually ship 7-10 days. Some of those guns are drop shipped from a non-psa warehouse. Have you made sure your ffl and shipping info is correct? Is the gun legal where you live?
Also, does your order say it is in processing?
Iāve successfully order from psa to this FFL before and also Iām confident itās legal where I live (the south). And yes it still just says processing on my order page.
