Where's my order! Look here first for answers to order and shipping questions

I cant find a way to post a new question, so here goes.

Two questions, first how long does it take an order to show up in “Recent Orders” and also, i had trouble logging into my account so i made a pur hase as a guest. Is there a way to link that to my account after the fact, so it shows up with the rest?

A) it shows up immediately
B) if you made it as a guest it wont show. Take note that there is a potential for a fraud flag when doing so. If that happens shoot me a PM and we can run it up the chain.

C) new members cannot creat a new post right away. Its an anti-spam feature.

Hey, I just put in a couple of orders and fat fingered the address. Is there a way to change it so that my neighbor doesn’t get my build kit.

Can someone direct me to a PSA
contact? Placed an order two weeks ago, and it still in processing.

What did you order? PSA counts days in business days and 2 weeks ago everything was shut down due to hurricane Helene.

MAC 1014 shotgun on 10/3/24. Made a call to PSA customer service today because it has been in processing since my order date. They are reaching out to the supplier.

Those are dropped shipped from a different warehouse than a PSA warehouse.

I understand and have made 3 phone calls, including a supervisor to have this resolved.

Was informed someone was going to follow up and call me by the end of yesterday, and that did not happen. Spoke with a supervisor and was told I should hear something by the end of the day on 10/21. My order has been in processing since 10/3, and this is unacceptable.

This stuff usually doesnt happen. Wonder if the 3rd party warehouse had hurricane issues.

I understand things happen. However, it is the poor communication that is unacceptable for me. If you tell me you are going to call me with an update, this is what I am expecting from you. If there are delays from their vendors fix it and/or send the client a message explaining they are working on resolving that issue. I have completed around 8 orders to PSA in 2024 without complications, and decided to stick with them vs Buds, Gunbroker, etc…. for this order. I will be waiting patiently tomorrow and see what happens.

I agree you should have gotten a phone call. Have no idea on the hold up of that.

Received an email today:

Unfortunately we had an inventory issue and are not able to fulfill the order for the below items.

They are processing a refund. It is very unlikely I will place any future orders with PSA.

My refund was processed fast! Did a quick scan on PSA website, and the item I ordered is showing:

Seems a bit weird to me because the email said:

“Unfortunately we had an inventory issue and are not able to fulfill the order for the below items:

Military Armament Corporation Model 1014 12 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun - 18.50", Black - 21000120”

I don’t understand how anyone can have items for sale, but have an inventory issue?

Placed an order at Buds and will see what happens.

Correct. All companies use drop shipping and as good as technology is, it isnt perfect on knowing inventory.

Made several phone calls and aware of that. However, something went completely wrong with my order. Plus, PSA is still listing this item on their website.

The PSA partner inventory system is provided by a third party so it’s only as good as what it’s told by said third party.

I would like to hear your opinion of the shotgun after you receive it.
