No, your name needs to be on it.
That address should have set automagically to your FFL for the FFL items - Every time Iāve gotten something from them, I just ordered and made sure it showed my FFLās current info in the āPreferredā box. PSA sent it automatically to them.
A Caveat: there was more than one entry for my FFL - I double-checked to make sure that the most recent info was the entry I selected, and had selected it and had my own info saved well-prior to ever ordering.

Made an order on 2 June. Supposed to ship on 6 June, scheduled to be here on 8 June. Never showed up. UPS supposedly holding, filed claim, UPS approved claim, 5 July and still waitingā¦

@Anthony_PSA Any possible updates on my order? Iāve tried calling PSA and filling out the order status several times and no real response/update. I really donāt want to cancel my order. Any help is appreciated!
Iām having the same issue that @parkerhaynesmaritime had. Iām inputting my preferred FFL, setting my shipping address to be the FFLās with my name, and selecting them at the FFL step. I also see a blurb that says āThe dealer youāve chosen as your Preferred FFL can receive shipment of all items.ā. I can select a prebuilt AR and proceed normally, but when I try to get a lower on its own it gives the ācannot ship this to the selected addressā. What am I doing wrong? Iām in Rhode Island.
I can get through the āSelect FFLā process for fully assembled ARs and I can submit payment on them just fine. The site will not allow me to ship the following to my (Updated and On-File) FFL:
- Entirely stripped lowers
- Assembled lowers labeled āNo Magazineā
- Assembled lowers that are not labeled āNo Magazineā
Anyone else having this issue?
Found my issue. PSA wonāt ship any upper, lower, stripped lower, to RI regardless of if they are assembled or not. Stinks

I initiated my order on 6/2 . Purchase was promptly accepted and was in āPROCESSINGā within a day or so. Small, on hand items shipped within 3 to 5 days, no problem, but the rifle is another story. Waited till 6/27 (15 business days) before I started attempting contact.
no could doā¦calling just went to automated service and was frustratingā¦ So, on 6/29, I arranged to get off work early and just drove to the PSA store. After a 30 minute wait (not bad considering the number of people instore shopping, etcā¦), a young man ssked if he could help me. I gave him my order number and after 5 minutes passed he came back and said it hadnāt arrived yet and to check back by the end of next week 7/8ā¦
I live 40 minutes from their store but luckily I work in Columbia and was able to get offā¦ Calling is out of the questionā¦ Iāll burn gas and make another visitā¦ no other option other than waitā¦ 
Estimation was spot-on, package arrived today.
Barrel and trigger arrived 7/05. I did a quick mock-up and posted a few pics @ the KS47 picture thread.
These shipped en masse 7/06 - est. arrive 7/08.

Took another half day off work to drive over and check on status of order per the last weekās visit. . I didnt waste anymore time trying to get an answer with Customer Service. . So i did what he said and checked back this week in the Columbia store. āVā was a big help. Courteous, friendly and prompt. Got my order. Yea, it took a good month but you just have to be patient. Big shout out to āVāā¦Thanks V!

I donāt even bother to contact my FFL anymore to let them know Iāve got something coming. They just āput it in the boxā.

Update: remaining uppers (ordered 6/24) arrived today, as promised (7/11).
I feel nothing I ordered in the last few months took an excessive amount of time to fulfill or to ship. Even with the rush to get orders to WA on top of the already-overloaded fulfillment center.
So my ordered said shipped like two days ago but i still dont have a tracking number. I did ISPU
ISPU goes on PSA trucks so there is no tracking. Once it says delivered, wait 2 business days and go pick it up.
