We entrusted Noel, one of our accomplished competition shooters, with the task of transforming the renowned Girsan 1911S match and delivering his insights. Noel returned with a comprehensive list of improvements: transitioning the ambi-safeties to larger thumb shield safeties, deepening the forward and aft serrations, incorporating a solid guide rod, enhancing the front bushing's thickness, introducing an enhanced trigger, refining the magazine well, adding G10 grips, integrating a fiber optic front sight, introducing an extended magazine release, and fine-tuning the slide-to-frame fit. Every change recommended by Noel was meticulously implemented. But we didn't stop there. We took it up a notch by upgrading the frame and slide to solid stainless steel. And for those who prefer the prowess of a 9mm, we've introduced an option to embrace this configuration. The Girsan 1911S match, shaped by competition expertise and driven by innovation, now stands as an embodiment of excellence in every detail.
