Developed at the request of the USMC, the Gen 2 AR10 X2R Taco is an enhanced version of the standard X2R Taco, specifically designed to accommodate larger AR10 style magazines. As larger caliber battle rifles become more common, this pouch provides a superior fit for AR10 and similarly sized large bodied magazines. It features a fabric bracket and plastic divider, along with refined geometry for improved compatibility with these platforms. Additionally, the Gen 2 AR10 X2R Taco retains all the innovative features of the Gen 2 Taco line, ensuring top tier performance and versatility.
